Chabad of Tel Aviv recently launched Midrashet Bet Shoshana’s new school year, with an upgraded schedule of evening classes, new morning classes, and plenty of events, lectures, and retreats.
Operated by central Chabad of central Tel Aviv, Midrashet “Bet Shoshana” is a relatively new school that has already become a well-known and respected establishment for both girls and young women.
Girls from all over the country and abroad are living and studying at the institution, allowing them to work during the day and attend high-level Judaic studies in the evening. The establishment is specially tailored for young girls and women who wish to strengthen their religious path so that can acquire the tools to build a Jewish Chassidic home based on torah values.
A highly qualified, dedicated staff of teachers and faculty guide students throughout the year, which includes special programs for shabbatons, holidays, and festivals where each student has the opportunity to experience Chassidus and the life-skills needed to build a Chabad home.
Mrs. Mindy Schmerling, the director of the seminary, says that many girls have asked to join Bet Shoshana for the new school year and even though they have successfully passed the interview process and joined the curriculum, were waitlisted due to limited dorm space.
The school’s management team is currently considering options to expand, and with G-d’s help will soon have more space so that more girls will have the opportunity to join the school.
Both young girls and women from the community and abroad actively participate in the regular evening class schedule, which offers a special program built in a suitable manner for them to learn, and become a part of the Midreshet Bet Shoshana family.
Classes are held each evening starting at 8 (19:30 in winter), at Brenner 19, in Tel Aviv. You can join our classes or send us an email at [email protected] for information.

It was a dream ….way back…and now Hashem made it happen! May it grow and provide the tools for many the way Chabad Tel Aviv in the merit of the Rebbe provided me with tools. Chassidishe Tools!
Baruch Hashem!
