Two photos taken by a hospital employee last week shows how Israelis treat their children with humanity and compassion, as opposed to Palestinians in Gaza.
Ruti Vigler of the Schneider Children’s Medical Center of Israel located in Petah Tikva snapped a photo during one of the code red sirens warning of an incoming rocket from Hamas.
“I took this photo now in the staircase of Schneider,” she wrote. “They are taking out the babies from the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Simply shocking! Share and show the world.”
Israel requires all buildings to have access to air-raid shelters since 1951, according to Wikepedia. Medical and educational facilities are prepared for chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense (CRBN) attacks.
Staff and patients don’t always have a chance to make it to the designated areas such as the Merkhav Mugan, also known as a “miklat” and popularly known as a mamad, a reinforced security room required in all new buildings by Israeli law.
As opposed to Israel’s efforts to protect its citizens, especially children, Hamas reportedly prevents civilians from evacuating areas which the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) warn in advance they will target.
Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told CNN: “All civilian casualties are unintended by us but actually intended by Hamas. They want to pile up as many civilian dead as they can because somebody said, and I mean, it’s gruesome, but they use telegenically-dead Palestinians for their cause. They want– the more dead the better.”
Speaking to Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN), Col. Richard Kemp, who commanded British ground troops in Afghanistan, refutes the claim that Israel has committed war crimes.
“Hamas wants the Israeli Defense Force to kill their children, their women, that’s what they want to happen,” he said. “They want to get the propaganda; they want to get the publicity, the sympathy and the pity of the world by getting the Israelis to kill their population. That’s exactly what their tactic is.”
In addition, the Institute for Palestine Studies published a report on Gaza’s Tunnel Phenomenon in the summer of 2012 and reported that tunnel construction in Gaza has resulted in a large number of child deaths.
“At least 160 children have been killed in the tunnels, according to Hamas officials,” the report said, as cited by Tablet Magazine.
The author, Nicolas Pelham, explains that Hamas uses child laborers to build their terror tunnels because, “much as in Victorian coal mines, they are prized for their nimble bodies.”

Personally I became involved in 1986 when the planning began to build the first children’s hospital in Israel. The Schneider Children’s Hospital was meant to be a bridge-to-peace between Israel and its neighbors – but it became so much more than that. Partnerships extend from China across Europe, the Middle East to Canada and the United States. Its patients are mainly Israeli and Palestinian sick children. However, from as far away as Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe worried parents with their very sick children in need of specialized medical care are being referred to Schneider Children’s in Israel. you should be the chief advisor of the IDF!!
Actually, Im doing a lot of extra tehillim and mitzvos at least s few hours a day. So dont just assume that i dont say extra tehillim , extra mitzvos. I am not doubting why they went into Gaza C”V, These soldiers are true heroes and are very brave!! I was just simply saying what I think the Israeli government should of done to save soldiers lives. If Israel just bombs from the air they can get rid of the enemy and then AFTER go into gaza after getting rid of the enemy..The israeli government shouldnt be fearing world opinion,… Read more »
Please don’t publish your uninformed military advice on public forums where you can confuse and corrupt other uninformed people. Israel sent ground troops into Gaza when it became apparent that the tunnels were an imminent threat. Because the tunnels are dug deep into the ground and reinforced with cement and riebar, they would not only not be affectively destroyed by arial bombing, they could potentially serve as bomb shelters for Hamas to wait out the attacks in, only to reemerge when Israel thought it was done. The ground offensive in Gaza is imperative to finding and destroying the tunnel network,… Read more »
Up until then, no Jews died, except one from a mortar fire. I think Hashem is sending the message that Israel needs to bomb Gaza, not send troops in!
Those poor soldiers died and they could of been living now if Israel just bombed Gaza, without caring what the world thinks.
