Much needed education for educators Would have saved kids from avoiding school and benefit from proper growth spiritually and intellectually. A teacher or principal would recognize their responsibility when talking to a student and ABOUT a student. I am aware of a student who overheard an argument between the principal and the teacher where the teacher was highly praising her while the principal who had no sense of communication with this student was arguing negatively rather than admit her lack of communication or better lack of care. As a teacher i wish there were online courses that are avail to teachers who are unable to attend courses .being that some of us are mothers to young children which makes it difficult to attend courses

Thank Rabbi Kaplan for being a leader in training and inspiring our teachers. I was at the conference and am looking forward please to follow ups during the school year. My hope is that all the schools in our community support Rabbi Kaplan.
