TRUTHFULLY,FRUITS WITH LEMON DOESN’T NEED SUGAR,BUT IF YOU FEEL YOU DO,RICE DREAM SYRUP IS QUITE GOOD OR TUPELO HONEY,IT GOES VERY SLOWLY INTO THE BLOOD STREAM,TRY IT FIRST WITH OUT SWEETNER,SEREL MANESS,WE REALLY DO NOT NEED A LOT OF SUGAR ADDED,JUST FRUITS LIKE G-D MADE IT YOU COULD ADD BANANAS THAT LOOK LIKE THEY ARE ROTTEN,BUT AREN’T INTO THE FREEZER,IF YOU LIKE ADD ROLL BANANAS IN CRUSH BLANCE ALMONDS,WE USED AN NAPKINS ROLLED UP AND SURROUNDS THE BANANAS,YOU COULD USED STICKS

look great
