Apple Kiwi Pomegranate Popsicles
These fruit filled popsicles are great for dessert or a quick snack. You can use any popsicle molds you desire or you can simply freeze in cups inserted with popsicle sticks.

Chill Time : 2 hour
Ready Time : 2 hour, 10 min
Servings: 8
Ingredients:
3 cups apple juice
1 cup simple syrup
2 kiwi, sliced
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
Directions:
Combine apple juice and simple syrup and mix together.
Pour into popsicle molds and fill three-quarters full.
Add kiwi slices and pomegranate seeds, and freeze.
Watermelon Lime Ice Pops
This is a bright, fresh-tasting popsicle. you can strain the mixture to remove the zest and mint for a smoother texture.

Chill Time : 2 hour
Ready Time : 2 hour, 5 min
Servings: 8
Ingredients:
4 cups watermelon
1/2 cup lime juice
Zest of two limes
1/2 cup chopped mint (optional)
1 cup simple syrup
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together.
Place in popsicle molds.
Freeze.

TRUTHFULLY,FRUITS WITH LEMON DOESN’T NEED SUGAR,BUT IF YOU FEEL YOU DO,RICE DREAM SYRUP IS QUITE GOOD OR TUPELO HONEY,IT GOES VERY SLOWLY INTO THE BLOOD STREAM,TRY IT FIRST WITH OUT SWEETNER,SEREL MANESS,WE REALLY DO NOT NEED A LOT OF SUGAR ADDED,JUST FRUITS LIKE G-D MADE IT YOU COULD ADD BANANAS THAT LOOK LIKE THEY ARE ROTTEN,BUT AREN’T INTO THE FREEZER,IF YOU LIKE ADD ROLL BANANAS IN CRUSH BLANCE ALMONDS,WE USED AN NAPKINS ROLLED UP AND SURROUNDS THE BANANAS,YOU COULD USED STICKS

Is sugar water
The basic simple syrup is equal amounts of sugar and water, boiled together for 3-5 minutes (like making liquid sugar for Pesach).
