Musician Chony Milecki is offering specially recorded music tracks for free usage at Chanuka events by organizations and individuals.
“People are always calling me for music to use at their functions,” says the Australian-born keyboard player who owns a recording studio in Crown Heights.
Having played at over 500 Jewish and Chassidic weddings and events to date, he told COLlive.com he is offering these tracks to assist shluchim in their public menorah lightings, “since most shluchim don’t have the budget to hire a live band, and this is my effort to help them.”
The tracks include the brochos (1 version for the first day and 1 version for the other days), a few Chanuka sing-along tracks such as Maoz tzur, Haneiros, Oh Chanuka, etc., and a 12 minute fun dance track to dance to or use as background holiday music.

Just to clarify: The tunes (except for the dance track) are played very simply and in a comfortable key to make it easy for you to sing along with.
(With all the positive feedback I’ve received – both here and by email – I hope to create an alternative version for those of you who would prefer it with a singer. I’m not sure it will happen in time for this year though.)
