Rabbi Weinberg had his own way to do Kiruv, obviously not the Chabad way. But he did good work and he recognized the Rebbe’s Gadlus. We should also give him credit for his work too.

Uptight Lubavitchers

Most Jews who are not Lubavitchers, feel uncomfortable when around Lubavitchers. Why? I think that the Lubatchitchers have a chip on their shoulders: “We are better than you” ! And nobody likes to be in 2nd place. So they end up not liking the Lubavitchers. In turn, the Lubavitchers feel this negativity, whether real or imagined, and so they feel uptight: “They hate us”! or “They are jealous of us”.! yes it make sents to be true, I PERSONALY KNOW FROM MY FRIEND that rabbi weinberg had send with my friend A PIDYON TO THE REBBE, IN THE 1980`S.

I do not doubt the truth of any part of the article. Howevver, the amount of Sinah to Lubavitch in general and to the Rebbe specifically that came from that yeshiva is immense. This I know from personal experience.

Rabbi berkowitz Thank you for meeting Rav Wineberg His wife is a Cousin to Uncle Yossi of Crown Heights , her Father was born in pawtuckett Road Island . to Reb Yaacov Yitzchok Goldman , Many Chasidishe Rabonim visited their home for it was the only Kosher Shomer Shabbos place in the US , The Rabbonim came to the US to get support for their yeshivos in Eastern Europe .
Rabbi Wineberg lived in Crown Heights for a while ,
We will surely miss him , May he be a Maylitz Yosher and Bring Moshiach Now
