Fellow Lubavitchers at the Mountain Crest Bungalow Colony in South Fallsburg, New York, spent Motzei Shabbos Nachamu at a live concert.
With Fitche Benshimon on the keyboard, featured singers were young and old residents demonstrating their musical skills.
Talent shown by the children included Mendel Kugel on the violin, Shamai Chein on the keyboard and Ephraim Schwartz and Mushka Rivkin on the recorder.
Fathers got their chance at singing for the audience, too.
The concert ended at 1:30 am with a surprise appearance by the neighboring Chasidishe bungalow colony who performed “We want Moshiach now” for the guests.

I spent some visiting time here and there over the years in mountain crest and other colonies. I have to say, the level of yiddishkiet/chassidishkeit tht is kept there – kol hakovod. i have a feeling the owners take credit for being particular as to who they rent places to. not money hungry people.
the benshimons are wonderful people as are her parents – the frimmermans.
