Develop, coordinate and administer Medicaid Service Coordination (MSC) supports to individuals and their families in accordance with their individual goals.
Must have at minimum an associates degree in a Human Services field and one year experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
Must be confident, have the ability to advocate for others and have excellent people skills.
