For 7+ years, JEM’s My Encounter project has built an oral history project documenting the story of the Rebbe’s life. Now seeking a capable individual to join the team, will be responsible and involved in all areas of the project, from research, planning & conducting interviews, to transcription, promotion & archiving.
JEM will train on job, but candidate must have combination of talents, including:
- Strong written + verbal skills, Ability to connect with interviewees, to be empathetic and sincerely listen to stories, Enthusiastic self-motivation, An interest in, and a knack for, the Rebbe’s life history, Leadership & interpersonal skills, ability to supervise, A commitment to professional growth; a commitment of at least two years.
