The Shluchim of the Greater Washington DC area, including Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC, have initiated a weekly Shiur and Fabrengen in the merit of Mrs. Chaya Zlata Geisinsky, Shlucha in Chabad of Bethesda/Chevy Chase, MD.
The first Fabrengen was held at Chabad of Bethesda/Chevy Chase, on Thursday evening, 5 Av.
The Fabrengen was led by Rabbi Yosef Minkowitz, principal of Beth Rivkah of Montreal, Canada, a brother-in-law of the Geisinskys.
On Monday night, Rosh Chodesh Av, close to 1000 people representing every segment of the community, attended a service marking the Shloshim of Mrs. Geisinsky. The Shloshim was addressed by family members, Rabbi Bentzion Geisinsky – Zlata’s husband, community leaders and friends.
Yay Rabbi Newman, Rabbi Telsner, Rabbi Fajnland and all the Deitsches!!! keep up the great work!!!
Go Rabbi Yudi coolest Chabad Rabbi!!!
He is no doubt one of the most Chassideshe and most knowledgeable and genuine of Mashpiyim you can hear from today. To top things off, he is a great Ba’al Kishron with an outstanding gift for presentation.
love teh cap!
the best shliach
Did it dawn on you that maybe there is or that there will be a farb for the Shluchos and it’s in the spirit of “KVUDOH BAS MELECH PNIMOH”
how about both?
One does not rule out the other-
and they are both important
Nice work Dr T!
The shluchim are always starting shiurim and farbrengens, wouldn’t it be more appropriate if they would send the shluchos out to farbreng and learn in memory of Zlata. They need it too.
very nice to see!!
Go Rabbi Mendy T
go rabbi raichik!!!!!
Was such a beautiful farbrengen. Rabbi Minkowitz is so full of knowledge. Greatest farbrengen I’ve had as far back as I can remember!
