July 15, 2010 11:48 am

After viewing the pictures I wonder: What’s better – Having 2 Rebbes or Not having even one Rebbe? — I’m not looking for answers, just bemoaning the state of contemporary Chassidus.

Response to post 4, where's the afterparty

This picture was taken in the medical office of Dr. Zev Zelenko. He is the primary care Doctor for the Satmar community and the medical director of Kiryas Yoel Hatzolah. (He’s the one wearing the kasket)

… hopefully they will be together in Williamsburg trip. BTW, please don’t exaggerate the situation, it is so humanly common for someone to travel in the group he is comfortable. Why forcing, imagine all the grueling repair work they need to do in their own relationship, how much more it is harder to do in front of outsiders.

It may be a good idea to get rid of ALL the people around BOTH Rabbonim, including family members, Mazkir etc. The community should hire ONE totally independent and neutral Mazkir for both of them. Have both Rabbonim work in the same office. The community, including the Vaad hakashrus etc. should not give a single penny in salary to ANY individual who has fought on EITHER SIDE. The entire staff of the vaad hakashrus etc. should consist of individuals who have had ABSOLUTLY NO PART in any of this disgusting fighting amongst the Rabbonim. We need to give the Rabbonim… Read more »
