To #5 and his "World Respected Scholar"
April 3, 2010 4:15 am

AYKM (are you kidding me?) A professor – and you believe him to be objective? Because he is a “world respected scholar”? Which part of the world ? The Nobel Prize part? Al Gore’s climate-freaks? The Liberal Media? Is this professor a member of Shalom Achshav? Sounds like he is. So, chaver, what is the “international law” when a city proclaimed international is hijacked (by Jordan in 1948) religious sites are desecrated, and it is used as an attack vanguard against another soveriegn state? As long as we keep relying one kings on horses or princes in tanks, as long as we maintain the dictate of ‘kochi weotzem yadi’ (my strength and the power of my hand) we will be heading to tough times.
The only way the final Redemption comes is to rely on HaShem and HaShem only.
Everyone knows that Jerusalem will be the stone on which the mighty nations will fall.
It seems that the US is next.

Allies not patrons
April 1, 2010 5:35 pm

Israel need to devise a non-aggression treaty with two other major powers in the expanded region. “If Syria, Iran Pakistan or Iraq attacks one of us, the rest of us are in.” With whhom to make this alliance? With the powers Israel has been cultivating for a few decades: India and Turkey. (Turkey of late has developed a problem ithe Islamic extremeists; but the population at large dislikes Arab countries.) Either of these two are considered more powerful than Iran. Others may seek to join (even Russia – to exploit the Obamafication of US strategy) and perhaps then the political… Read more »
