On Thursday February 25 Chabad of West Hempstead hosted its inaugural Awards Dinner at the Jewish Children’s Museum in Brooklyn.
Despite the major snow storm a packed house showed up to show support for Chabad of West Hempstead, directed by Rabbi Yossi Lieberman and his wife Chaya Rochel.
The recognized the guests of honor Iris & Perry Finkelman, Rena & David Maryles and Councilman Edward Ambrosino.
The dinner featured Modi, voted one of the top 10 comedians in New York City, and live music from the Reccue Jazz Ensemble.
The evening radiated with good Purim spirit and delicious food, as all in attendance enjoyed tremendously.
Wish I could have been there!
