A Shloshim memorial gathering for Reb Yossel Tevel OBM will mark 30 days since his tragic passing, leaving a family and a community in mourning.
Tevel, a Crown Heights resident, was known for his charitable work assisting locals and visiting Israeii bochurim with medical insurance and hospital bills.
The event will take place Wednesday, February 17, 8:30pm at Campus Chomesh, 470 Lefferts Avenue, Brooklyn.
The guest speaker will be Rabbi Yossi Jacobson, leader of Congregation Bais Shmuel and a renowned lecturer.
There will be a video presentation and light refreshments will be served.
Men and women are invited.

When I see his picture it just doesnt make sense.. i can picture him outside right now in his blue minivan beside his wife calling me over to get a big “Bear HUG” followed by a joke…. He was just unbelievable… I dont know how he accomplished sooo much,,,, just soooo much…… no matter how busy he was he always made time for me, for you, for any average yid that no one would look at.. when i was a kid i was in a verbal fight with a few kids yossel walked by stopped the fight by pulling out a $5 and gave both sides to go buy ice cream.
