The Rebbe gave a Horaah to the organizers of Mivtza Neshek that when having ANY type of picture (which includes video) that is showing Neshek there should be Two big candles and One small one which represents the idea that Neshek is for unmarried and little girls as well. Case in point: there should be a Third candle at the end of the video.
