you’re right. but insteadof “yechi,” (my brother’s made it up.) it could be “yehi.” which means “there was.” and when moshiach comes, it’ll be “yechi” again. btw, my grandmother, (mother’s side,) is a mishuchist and i’m not. she still says yechi. also, my grandfather (from my father’s side,) is a polisher yid, i’m not.

that said, rabosai, until 770 gets cleaned up, I’m afraid you will hear and get these comments. I hear it often and in another hood where they make fun of the color war signs and of course by extension the yechi banners and stuff. Its just not right nor does it make sense but who am I right? ;/
